Job Description

Aqua Pure Systems is a leading provider of eco-friendly, cost-effective bottleless water systems designed to serve businesses of all sizes. Our mission is to revolutionize workplace hydration by offering sustainable solutions that eliminate the need for traditional bottled water delivery.

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business clients, building strong relationships, and driving sales of our bottleless water systems. This is a field-based position requiring regular travel within your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and generate new B2B leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and territory canvassing.
  • Conduct on-site consultations and product demonstrations for potential clients.
  • Develop customized proposals and close sales to meet or exceed monthly targets.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth installation and customer onboarding.
  • Track sales activity and maintain accurate records in CRM software.
Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of previous experience in outside sales, preferably in B2B environments.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a hunter mentality and a passion for closing deals.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer proficiency.
