• Develop new business through prospecting, networking, and referrals
• Manage and grow an existing book of accounts
• Consult with clients to recommend print solutions that meet their goals, timelines, and budgets
• Collaborate with production and customer service teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Proven B2B sales experience (print industry experience strongly preferred)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-starter mentality with a results-driven mindset
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Professional, polished, and client-focused approach
