About Us:
We've been in business for over 55 years, offering our clientele high quality flooring, designer tile, custom cabinetry, and stone countertops. Our book of business consists mainly of high-end residential and business new construction and remodels working with owners, designers, and architects.

Responsibilities Include:
- Work with company leadership to develop sales goals, developing action plans, and analyzing performance data
- Meet with potential/existing clients and vendors to grow long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships

RequirementsRequired Skills and Qualifications:
- 5+ years as a retail Sales Associate in the tile, cabinetry, and/or stone industry. Closely related experience may be considered
- A commitment to superior customer service and experiences
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Legally authorized to work in the US for any employer
- Valid driver's license
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or Management
- Motivational speaking skills
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
- Current resident of the Jacksonville area or within a reasonable daily commuting distance
