This is a full‑time position offering excellent benefits and salary located in Jacksonville, Florida.
- Build, develop, and manage personal sales activity and achievements as well as forecast sales pipeline; drives self to achieve monthly sales targets
- Leverage and grow local Jacksonville network
- Nurture new and existing relationships to expand business
- Present 3D Digital capabilities (digital, creative, video) through in‑person meetings, video discussions, proposals, and regular networking events
- Close new business opportunities using 3D Digital pricing and product/service guidelines
- Provide comprehensive documentation, typically through our CRM (AdOrbit) or our workflow management system (Bonsai), to ensure that all client requirements are clearly communicated to the creative team
- Work cooperatively with production team to start new projects, communicate progress to clients, manage issues as they arise, and ensure outstanding delivery of contracted products/services
- Provide market feedback on pricing, capabilities, and demand
- Other responsibilities and/or projects, as assigned
- 5+ years of proven experience as a business‑to‑business consultative salesperson; strongly prefer a background selling digital, creative, and/or video services
- Comfortable identifying and building strategic partnerships with Jacksonville leaders and discussing digital, creative, and video solutions to help them achieve their business goals; also able to create proposals & presentations, and ask for the sale
- Demonstrated track record generating leads in a strategic fashion to proactively build a sales pipeline to achieve targets
- A background building relationships in Jacksonville with the ability to network effectively
- Ability to confidently and assertively approach contacts and gain their attention and trust
- A team player who is willing to roll up their sleeves to get the job done
- Strong leadership tendencies and is capable of rallying and inspiring the people around you
- Experience using and documenting leads in a CRM is strongly preferred
- Excellent detail orientation and organizational skills
- Any sales or Google AdWords certifications preferred
- Able to create exceptional client experiences and interact via phone & email in a positive, persuasive manner
- Background working collaboratively with team members in a deadline‑driven environment
- Strong detail orientation with superior organizational abilities
- Curious, proactive, and optimistic — even under pressure

- High School diploma; bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field preferred
