- Bachelor’s degree required (Business or Professional Selling preferred)
- Proven success in a competitive, fast‑paced B2B sales environment
- Demonstrated ability to exceed goals and performance metrics
- Experience may include full‑time B2B sales, B2B internships, or collegiate sales competitions
- Strategic selling and closing experience
- Experience navigating complex B2B sales cycles with multiple decision‑makers
- Ability to manage multiple touchpoints across various channels
- Proven track record of exceeding sales metrics
- Ability to analyze client needs and deliver consultative business solutions
- Strong problem‑solving and strategic thinking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- High self‑motivation and results orientation
- Strong presentation, organization, multitasking, and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
