Quality Discount Roofing & Construction is hiring a driven Outside Sales Estimator to sell roofing, siding, gutters, windows, and doors. This role is ideal for a self-motivated hunter who thrives in outside sales and wants unlimited earning potential. Top performers here build their own momentum and are rewarded for it.

• Building a book of business through canvassing, networking, referrals, and company-provided leads. The more outside lead generation you develop, the more company leads we will provide!
• Meet with homeowners to evaluate their remodeling needs and showcase options through our award-winning in-home presentation
• Prepare accurate estimates and present solutions confidently
• Consistently hit weekly and monthly sales goals
• Represent a trusted, award-winning brand with professionalism

• Proven drive, work ethic, and competitive mindset
• Comfortable with outside sales, door-to-door, and face-to-face conversations
• Strong communication and closing skills
• Coachable and willing to follow a structured sales process
• Organized, detail-oriented, and accountable
• You must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license

Sales or construction experience preferred, but not required. We provide training — you bring the drive.
