Outside Sales Representative – Precast Concrete

AA Precast Products Inc. manufactures high-quality precast concrete manholes, storm structures, septic tanks, and custom precast solutions for contractors, developers, engineers, and municipalities. We are growing and seeking a driven construction sales professional to expand our market presence.

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Outside Sales Representative specializing in Precast Concrete to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind expanding our market presence by building strong relationships with clients and industry partners. Your proactive approach will help identify new business opportunities, develop tailored solutions, and deliver exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate understands construction sales and how projects move from design to construction.

• Develop new customers including contractors, developers, municipalities, and engineers
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, acting as their trusted advisor for all precast concrete needs
• Lead negotiations on pricing, terms, and contracts to secure profitable sales agreements while ensuring customer satisfaction
• Generate project opportunities through networking
• Attend pre-construction meetings
• Review drawings and specifications
• Prepare and follow up on bids and quotes
• Coordinate with estimating and production
• Track projects from bid to delivery
• Maintain strong customer relationships
• Provide product and technical support
• Promote products to engineers and developers
• Leadership qualities that inspire confidence in clients and motivate team collaboration

• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within construction materials or precast concrete industries
• Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing complex deals effectively
• 3+ years sales experience (construction preferred)
• Strong relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated and goal oriented
• Valid driver’s license

• Experience in precast or construction materials
• Ability to read construction drawings
• Knowledge of site development or underground utilities

Commission:
Performance-based

Expected Total Earnings: $80,000 – $120,000+
