We’re seeking a high‑performing Client Advisor to drive new business, deepen client relationships, and expand Acrisure’s footprint. The role blends data‑driven consulting with human connection.
What You’ll Do- Revenue Growth & Business Development:
Achieve annual objectives by building a qualified pipeline, converting leads, and meeting or exceeding quota. - Develop and execute strategic growth plans using data‑driven insights and AI tools.
- Partner with service teams and marketing to deliver proposals and solutions across multiple lines of business.
- Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
Serve as a trusted advisor, provide consultative sales, and deliver holistic solutions. - Use CRM and engagement platforms to personalize outreach and identify upsell/cross‑sell opportunities.
- Build external networks and promote Acrisure within the community.
- Sales Process & Cadence Discipline:
Follow structured cadences, accurate forecasting, and disciplined deal management. - Collaborate on revenue forecasts, pipeline reviews, and strategic planning.
- Market Research & Competitive Analysis:
Use analytics platforms to track trends, competitor activity, and refine positioning.
- 3+ years experience in client‑facing, advising, or business development, preferably in insurance.
- Property and Casualty license preferred or willing to obtain.
- Experience with market expansion using technology.
- Proven track record of new client acquisition or revenue growth with tech focus.
- Tech skills: CRM and AI applications.
Candidates should be comfortable with an on‑site presence to support collaboration, team leadership, and cross‑functional partnership.
