As an Inside Sales Representative (ISR) for Tireco Distributors, you will maintain customer satisfaction through effectively handling customer sales inquiries, new product introductions, answering inbound customer sales calls, and making daily outbound sales calls to support ongoing sales and marketing campaigns. Telemarketing background would be ideal.
Job Details- Location:
Jacksonville, FL 32218 - Salary Range: $18.50 - $18.50 hourly
- Shift: Day
- Spanish Required
- Monday - Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm with rotating Saturdays
- Closed on Sundays so you can spend time with your loved ones
Base pay ($18.50/hr) + uncapped commission
Average performers in this role are earning $10,800 in commission.

- Provide exceptional customer service and sales support to all customers and team members
- Effectively support sales and customer service‑related inquiries from customers through various channels, i.e., phone, chat, text, and email
- Answer inbound customer phone calls
- Make outbound sales calls to support company objectives as assigned by the manager
- Enter customer discussion points and other information in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and coordinate follow‑up activities
- Provide information to customers about our products, services, campaigns, and programs
- Develop new prospects and leads by making outbound phone calls and doing research online
- Assist sales team and customers with new customer and credit applications
- Support the product returns process for new items and warranty claims
- Maintain supplier point‑of‑sale brochures, catalogs, banners, and other items to support sales team members and customers
- Compile recommendations to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of key business processes
- Work with other sales team members and sales team management to share best practices and implement improved sales practices
- Availability to work Saturdays as part of the team rotation; covering phones remotely using company equipment
- High school diploma / G.E.D. or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience in a similar or related position
- Excellent customer service track record
- Basic knowledge of MS Office suite;
Word, Outlook - Familiarity with Net Suite (preferred)
