Overview
As a Comprehensive Account Executive for Trane Technologies, you will be the primary driver for financially and sustainability‑driven solution‑sales opportunities. You will identify and qualify new business and develop strategic customer relationships with public and private sector customers seeking value and outcome‑based solutions.
What You Will Do- Project synthesis and development of process for discovering client business needs.
- Evaluate projects and align solutions to client needs.
- Work directly and indirectly with clients to confirm structured finance solutions.
- Lead client discovery, qualification and development of financial pro‑forma and business cases.
- Convert leads into opportunities, assign sales process, identify team members and communicate next steps.
- Develop energy services project strategy, analyze market and finance trends, and inform current offerings.
- Engage clients to establish creative financial solutions that enhance projects.
- Collaborate with regional sales and leadership teams to optimize strategies on priority projects.
- Maintain market‑oriented relationships and support the full set of offerings.
- Establish Trane’s thought leadership in focus markets.
- Support pipeline growth through structured finance approaches and maintain an active sales funnel.
- Work collaboratively with cross‑functional internal teams to develop system‑related solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree or 4–8 years of executive selling experience; 5+ years in executive sales, preferably in MUSH markets.
- Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets with long, complex, multi‑tiered sales cycles.
- Experience in financial sales with documented success in public and/or private sectors.
- Ability to engage multiple stakeholders and decision makers.
- Expertise in financial, legal, and technical aspects of deal structuring.
- Outstanding communication skills to educate clients on design‑build and energy services offerings.
- Valid driver’s license in state of employment; clean driving record.
Base salary range: $ – $. Salary paid monthly; commission eligible.
