Inside Sales Representative

Sunbelt Rentals is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to support telephone and walk‑in customers with rentals of all types of construction/industrial equipment. This front‑line role requires understanding customer equipment needs, negotiating and placing orders, and maintaining a professional attitude at all times.

• Support telephone and walk‑in customers with rentals of construction and industrial equipment.
• Understand customer equipment needs and negotiate and place orders.
• Maintain strong administrative skills and deliver customer satisfaction.

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver’s license required.
• Familiarity with various types of construction and industrial tools and equipment.
• Previous equipment rental industry experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and telephone skills.
• Solid computer and administrative skills.
• Successful completion of the DOT Qualification process preferred.
• Bilingual (Spanish or other) may be preferred in some locations.

• Bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, and lifting 50 pounds or more.
• Working indoors and outdoors as required by the job.

Base Pay Range: $21.38 - $25.38, starting rate may vary based on position, location, education, training, and experience.
