Job SummaryResponsible for prospecting and running Auris Payroll presentations both in person and over the phone to small and mid‑sized merchants and businesses to ultimately close deals within a fast sales cycle. As a Payroll Territory Manager (PTM), you will report to the Payroll Division Manager (PDM). Activities include explaining our value proposition to clients via Atlas CRM, upselling current clients on other Auris products and services, and maintaining regular communication with the PDM.
You will also train and coach Senior Product Advisors (SPAs). The PTM closes sales of our business solutions across the area. You will work closely with your local PDM to set appointments with business owners via phone, face to face, through your network, and via referral partnerships. You will run scheduled appointments, uncover needs, and present Auris payroll solutions to close sales in small to mid‑sized businesses.
During the training period, your PDM will accompany you on initial appointments to train you on our short‑cycle sales process using Atlas, our tablet‑based CRM platform used for lead generation, sales presentations, on‑spot client financial analysis and paperless contract processing. You will also accompany SPAs on their initial appointments for training. After training you will set up your own work schedule to maximize upside of residuals on the business you bring in.
Responsibilities- Prospect new clients into our Payroll/HCM services realm
- Maintain existing/prospective client records in the Atlas CRM system, including call notes, scheduled interactions, contact information, and other relevant client data
- Achieve minimum production requirements, including setting first‑time appointments to secure a win
- Continuously build and develop knowledge of current product and service portfolio, changes and developments within the financial technology industry, to remain up‑to‑date
- Attend weekly team meetings and weekly one‑on‑one meetings with the leader
- Train and coach Senior Product Advisors (SPAs)
- Provide status updates to reporting PDM
- Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed
- 18 years of age or older
- Valid driver’s license and valid automobile insurance
- Successful completion of pre‑employment background check
- Must live in area relative to job posting location
- At least two years of relevant experience
- Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation, and networking skills
- Works well independently and as part of a team

- First‑year professionals may expect an average of $90,000–$105,000+ in uncapped weekly commissions, lifetime residuals, and portfolio equity, especially in the top 25%
