Specializing in high‑end, long‑run publications, Hartley Print produces magazines, catalogs, and marketing literature using advanced multicolor sheet‑fed presses and a unique 5‑color web press.

The company also offers post‑press solutions like die‑cutting, foil‑stamping, and mailing services, reflecting a commitment to meeting the diverse needs of its clients.

Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site Salesperson role located in Metro Jacksonville, but will consider remote. The Salesperson will actively engage in building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth. Core responsibilities include prospecting and cold‑calling potential clients, meeting with existing customers to understand their needs, providing tailored solutions, and managing the sales pipeline to meet performance targets.

Additional tasks include preparing quotes, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with the production team to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of high‑quality materials.

Qualifications
  • Proven sales experience with strong negotiation and relationship‑building skills
  • Knowledge of the printing and publishing industry is a MUST
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service abilities
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects efficiently
  • Proficiency in sales tools, CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Self‑motivated and goal‑oriented, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally to meet clients as needed is a MUST
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
