Handle warm inbound phone and email leads as the initial contact with both current and prospective customers in the FASTSIGNS Center.
Translate technical product details into clear solutions to help customers find exactly what they need.
Build long‑lasting relationships by turning prospects into customers and then into long‑term clients.
Prepare estimates, implement work orders and ensure timely delivery of finished orders.
Participate in daily team meetings and execute business and marketing plans to support the success of the FASTSIGNS Center.
QualificationsOutgoing, responsive, and eager to learn with strong listening skills.
Excellent documentation and organization skills.
Experience or interest in building relationships and delivering customer service.
Desired ability to learn quickly and turn complex product information into easy solutions.
Monday through Friday business hours.
This role is not considered entry level; it serves as a stepping stone for career growth.
