Build and maintain effective long-term relationships with a defined customer base to ensure a high level of satisfaction and increased revenues. Identifies, develops and wins new sales opportunities. Typically has a limited number of key/strategic accounts and maintains relationships with clients at the mid‑level, senior management or executive level. Serves as the primary interface for all products and services and creates demand for the organization’s products and services by communicating the value proposition to customers.
Achieves revenue targets by increasing revenue spend per account. May conduct regular business review meetings with the customer’s mid-level and senior management to understand their needs and link them to the organization’s product/service strategies.
Required:
- Knowledge of transportation industry.
- Manage and grow Aftermarket business with major assigned accounts and develop and present business cases on new opportunities.
- Manage events for assigned accounts and organize and manage customer visits to SAFH plants and sites.
- Negotiate new LTAs as applicable and manage rebates and promotions.
- Work to improve SAFH performance on customer scorecards.
- Provide Voice of Customer and market intel to the organization.
- Actively support and engage SAFH Territory Representatives in supporting assigned customer’s dealers or stores.
