In-Home Sales & Tech Support (Full-Time)

In-home field role requiring daily travel to customer residences – not Remote.

Pay Rate: $21.00 hourly + mileage reimbursement + phone stipend + sales commission

We’re looking for In-Home Sales & Tech Support to work during our busiest hours. This is an entry-level role, ideal for someone starting their career, who enjoys talking to people and wants hands‑on sales experience.

As an In-Home Sales & Tech Support, you’ll be on the front lines helping customers through our Serve, Solve, Sell™ approach. You’ll start with paid training to prepare you to work independently in the field. You’ll learn our products and gain hands‑on sales experience while building communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills. Ongoing coaching and mentoring will support your growth.

• Serve: Meet customers in‑home, in‑office, or wherever they are. Provide exceptional customer service and prioritize the customer first.
• Solve: Address and resolve customers’ tech issues, provide an understandable solution, and ensure customers leave with a resolution that works and a product that addresses their future tech needs.
• Sell: Leverage Asurion’s growing range of products to offer tailored solutions, listen actively to identify customer needs, and position products uniquely to meet those needs. Use strong negotiation and communication skills to close sales.

• Comfortable working in a sales environment with set targets
• A valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record with at least 1 year driving experience
• Proof of valid car insurance (excluding Manhattan)
• Personal vehicle (excluding motorcycles)
• Personal cellphone to keep in the know while on the job
• Must work evenings, weekends, and holidays; flexible schedule to meet customer timelines
• Comfortable working around household pets
• Efficient, adaptable, goal‑oriented, persuasive communication skills
• Open‑minded, passion for learning a wide range of skills that can carry through to various career paths
• Outwardly friendly and thrives in human interaction

• Guaranteed base hourly rate for all hours worked, paid bi‑weekly
• Uncapped commissions paid bi‑weekly
• Mileage reimbursement based on IRS guidelines, paid weekly
• $35 phone stipend, paid monthly
