About the OpportunityJoin a well-established commercial landscaping company with over 30 years of success in the Jacksonville market. This is a high-impact role for a driven Business Development Manager who thrives on building relationships and winning new work.
You’ll play a key role in expanding market presence by developing partnerships with general contractors and developers and help secure full-site construction packages including landscaping, hardscape, and irrigation. If you're motivated by growth and the ability to directly influence business success this is an excellent opportunity to take ownership and make a measurable impact.
What You’ll Do- Build and maintain strong relationships with general contractors and developers
- Identify and pursue upcoming commercial construction opportunities early in the pipeline
- Position the company to win landscape, hardscape, and irrigation construction projects
- Collaborate with estimating and operations teams throughout the bid process
- Track and manage opportunities from initial identification through project award
- Drive repeat business through strong client relationships and consistent follow-up
- 3+ years of experience in commercial construction or construction-related business development
- Strong understanding of construction bidding and preconstruction processes
- Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with general contractors and developers
- Experience in the Jacksonville market preferred
- Background in landscaping, hardscaping, irrigation, or site work is a plus
- Established company with a strong local reputation and long-term client relationships
