Position Overview
PNC is an in‑office company that fosters a collaborative and supportive culture. The Relationship Banker Business Specialist is located in Jacksonville, FL at the Skinner Lake branch (10060 Skinner Lake Dr, Jacksonville, FL 32246). This role focuses on acquiring and expanding share of wallet for consumer and business banking opportunities under $2MM in sales revenue. PNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position.
Responsibilities- Lead proactive prospecting and appointment setting inside and outside the branch.
- Generate and manage quality referrals to ecosystem partners such as PNCWM, PNC Private Bank, Business Banking, and Mortgage.
- Build and grow business banking relationships under $2MM in sales revenue by translating client information into actionable sales strategy and tactics.
- Leverage bank products and services to grow share of wallet and attract new consumer and business households.
- Act as a Champion of the client experience, providing tailored solutions that align with clients’ holistic needs.
- Escalate client issues promptly and advocate for clients across product, support, operations or other departments.
- Collaborate with branch staff to create referrals and expand share of wallet with both consumer and business clients.
- Conduct lobby engagement activities to connect with clients and position PNC products.
- Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate and solve customer problems effectively.
- Manage risk by adhering to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment and heightened scrutiny to avoid loss.
- Participate in daily branch operations, ensuring they are completed efficiently and accurately.

0–1 year of professional experience (or equivalent participation in a formal development program). - Education:
Bachelor’s degree required; in lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job‑specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered. - Licensing:
None required. - Candidates will be subject to additional background checks as required by Consumer Financial Protection Bureau regulations.
