Job Overview
We are seeking a driven sales professional to promote Android OS devices and accessories within assigned retail locations. The role focuses on exceeding sales targets, fostering strong retailer relationships, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities- Drive sales growth by effectively promoting Android OS devices and related products to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision‑makers at Best Buy locations.
- Ensure an excellent experience for end‑consumers by leveraging expert Android OS product knowledge and outstanding service.
- Optimize product displays and in‑store presence to enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, educating Best Buy associates and customers on the features and benefits of Android OS devices and the broader ecosystem.
- Implement and adapt sales strategies to capitalize on market opportunities and achieve sales objectives.
- Track sales performance, analyze trends, and provide regular reports to management, identifying areas for improvement.
- Proven ability to consistently drive results and exceed sales targets in a fast‑paced retail environment.
- Demonstrated ability to influence retail partners and build lasting relationships with key decision‑makers, specifically within Best Buy retail store leadership.
- Strong customer focus with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Highly adaptable with the ability to adjust sales strategies to meet evolving market conditions and retailer needs.
- Proactive self‑starter who can work independently and manage time effectively with minimal supervision.
- Ability to acquire and sustain a high level of product knowledge regarding Android devices and the broader ecosystem.
- Must possess reliable transportation for daily travel to multiple stores and be available for occasional overnight assignments; a valid Driver’s License is required.
Pay:
Starting at $23hourly (location‑specific hourly rate) plus weekly and monthly contests and incentives.
Schedule:
Thursday – Sunday, four 10‑hour shifts.
- Competitive weekly pay + weekly, monthly, quarterly contests and spiffs.
- Next‑day pay on demand via Daily Pay.
- Paid training completed online or at home via a computer or mobile device.
- Partial mobile data plan reimbursement.

Lift and move displays weighing 25lbs. or more.
