THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced, Florida 2-15 licensed sales professional to build and grow our employee benefits book of business. You will work directly with employers of all sizes — helping them design, present, and manage competitive benefits packages that attract and retain great people. This is a relationship-first role that rewards consultative selling and a genuine interest in helping businesses succeed.

WHAT

YOU’LL DO
  • Prospect and develop new employer group relationships across the region
  • Conduct benefits needs analyses and design competitive group packages
  • Present and sell group health, dental, vision, life, and supplemental benefit plans
  • Manage open enrollment processes and employee education meetings
  • Serve as a trusted advisor for ongoing renewals, plan changes, and compliance questions
  • Collaborate with carriers and TPAs to deliver the best solutions for each client
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
  • 2+ years of employee benefits sales or account management experience
  • Familiarity with group health, ancillary lines, and ACA compliance basics
  • Consultative selling style with strong presentation skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage a pipeline and book of business independently
  • Independent or broker channel experience strongly preferred
