Sales Support Representative - Fire & Fabrication

We are hiring Sales Support Representatives to serve the Fire & Fabrication customer group.

Schedule:

Monday through Friday 6:30am–4:00pm (overtime possible).

• Support the Fire & Fabrication customer group by collaborating with Sales associates.
• Identify the best products and solutions for customer needs.
• Deliver personalized customer service through timely quotations and accurate sales orders.
• Coordinate deliveries on behalf of customers.
• Answer sales calls for general information and resolve customer concerns.
• Use the customer relationship management (CRM) system and phone system effectively.

• 0–3 years of sales and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Experience in fire protection, plumbing, or other trades is a plus.
• Strong sales skills, including the ability to upsell.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
• Proven track record of responding quickly to customer needs and making timely decisions.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and follow through on commitments.
• Highly motivated with a customer‑service oriented mentality and relationship‑building skills.
• General digital literacy, including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to quickly learn product knowledge and processes.

• Pay range: $18.71 – $29.92 per hour.
• Bonus or incentive plan eligible.
