Job Summary
This role is responsible for the promotion and selling of XFINITY Residential products and services within an assigned turf. The position focuses on individual direct sales and/or multiple dwelling units to establish relationships and meet sales targets. To maximize sales and/or winbacks, the role utilizes extensive product knowledge and sales experience.
Core Responsibilities- Showcase Comcast product expertise and promote/sell to customers by door‑to‑door canvassing in the assigned area.
- Demonstrate current knowledge of XFINITY Residential products, including features, benefits, pricing and campaigns.
- Communicate and develop rapport with customers effectively, evaluating each customer’s existing and potential product needs and making recommendations.
- Increase customer understanding of Comcast products and pricing models as well as unique benefits over other service providers.
- Evaluate offers from other companies and frame a response to showcase the advantages of Comcast.
- Meet the physical requirements of the job, including the ability to walk and/or travel door‑to‑door for considerable distances in all types of weather conditions.
- Where applicable, obtain and maintain any credentials and/or licenses necessary to sell and/or design alarm systems as required by law.
- Consistently exercise independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
- Maintain regular, consistent and punctual attendance; work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- Understand our Operating Principles and apply them as guidelines for daily work.
- Own the customer experience – think and act with customers first, provide seamless digital options at every touchpoint and make them promoters of our products and services.

Base Pay: $41,488.00

Total Target Compensation (Base Pay plus Targeted Commission): $81,238.00
Our sales compensation programs offer the potential for significant upside above targeted earnings for those who exceed their sales targets.
