The Inside Sales Associate will consult with new and existing customers to build their book of business through providing outstanding service to meet their safety equipment needs. The Inside Sales Representative will represent and sell the most extensive selection of trusted performance safety products, a solution-oriented strategy, and an unmatched commitment to our customers.

Essential Functions:
  • Respond to customer inquiries through email, portals, or by phone.
  • Manage requests for quotes and proposals.
  • Leverage strong product knowledge to evaluate customer needs, promote relevant solutions, and identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
  • Accurately converting and processing orders in a timely manner
  • Maintain and improve quality results by following standards and recommending improved policies and procedures.
  • Maintain customer records, contacts, pricing, and payment terms
  • Assist customers in making product selections based on customers' needs, product specifications, and applicable regulations.
  • Provides customer service primarily to retail customers, via walk-in, telephone, or email, including assisting with customer inquiries on product selection, pricing, availability, refunds/exchanges, requiring a working knowledge of company products, procedures, and practices.
  • Actively engages in selling company products/services and related items. Provides material estimates and quotes for service work
  • Collaborate with internal teams and outside sales representatives to support account strategies and maximize sales potential.
  • Inform customers of estimated delivery schedules, service contracts, warranties, or other information pertaining to purchased products.
  • Assist the team with collections as needed.
  • Generate new and repeat sales by providing product and technical information in a timely manner.
  • Assists with special projects and performs additional duties as assigned.
  • Develop and implement tailored business plans for assigned accounts and segments.
Position

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3 years of work experience in a customer-facing commercial role (preferred).
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal); excellent team player.
  • Microsoft Office, SAP, Microsoft Outlook.
  • Primarily in an office environment, manage and work well under pressure.
