Account ManagerGlass America is seeking an experienced Account Manager to drive consistent and profitable growth in sales revenues with a focused approach on business‑to‑business sales development. The role proactively engages with current clients to remain a trusted partner while also prospecting new accounts and proposing solutions that meet the needs and objectives of our clients.
Primary Responsibilities- Utilize CRM to create daily routes and document each visit.
- Identify accounts for outside sales activities for the sales cycle.
- Establish face‑to‑face and electronic communication with customers to build, develop, and expand long‑lasting relationships.
- Track book‑of‑business account metrics.
- Use the promotions budget as needed to navigate the sales process.
- Maintain a strong working relationship with the Operations Team within the assigned territory.
- 3+ years successfully selling business services.
- Proven track record of exceeding financial objectives and metrics.
- Experience in account management, outside sales, or B2B sales.
- Knowledge of the Auto Glass, Automotive, or Insurance industries is a plus.
- Excellent organization and time‑management skills.
- Ability to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast‑paced environment.
