• Lucrative earnings – entry-level position with growth potential. Top sales reps earn between $150K and $200K+.
• Fun & engaging training – we guide you through our business and teach you the ropes of running outside estimates. We have a reputation, effective advertising, and a process for earning self-generated leads with more commission.

• Self-motivated and career-minded go-getters.
• High level of communication skills.
• Experience with numbers, outside sales, construction, or design is a plus but not required.
• Passion for learning and drive to succeed – we want someone humble, hungry, honeable, and hard‑working.
• Availability for 5 PM and some Saturday appointments is required.
• Motivation to find self-generated lead sources (they also pay almost double the commission).

• Engage with clients – build strong relationships and make lasting connections.
• Follow-up – provide consistent communication from initial contact to closing.
• Product knowledge – stay informed about our offerings to wow customers with your expertise.
• CRM – document info, track daily traffic, and assist with sales reports.
• Qualify & estimate – identify client needs and create detailed proposals that impress.
• Negotiate – understand design principles and close deals.

• Company mileage reimbursement or a car at a senior level.
• Full-time work.
• Potential to earn $200K+ per year.
• Paid training to learn a valuable trade.
