Branch Banking Client Consultant II – Float – Hollywood FL

Job SummaryBranch Banking-Client Consultant II‑Float travels between assigned branches to provide customers with high quality, prompt, and professional financial services. Provides best‑in‑class experience by resolving concerns and providing various product details that focus on meeting the financial needs of our clients. Focuses on client management, client retention, and introductions to key bank partners (Mortgage, Business Banking) to ensure clients have access to experts who can help them achieve their financial goals.
Position will have greater lending and basic investment interactions and participate in more complex banking conversations with clients.
- Sales Performance:
Support team efforts to achieve growth targets in financial performance (outstanding deposits, loans, non‑interest income) and primary client acquisition. Actively seek and deliver the right client introductions to the right team member(s) to achieve growth targets and execute successful sales initiative. - Client
Experience:
Provide positive client experience by assisting with account questions, problems and/or complaints and through research and communication resolve in a timely and effective manner. Deliver client engagement and education. Meet behavioral activity goals as defined by Retail Leadership including, but not limited to, Next Gen and marketing campaign lead calling, weekly appointments set, weekly appointments completed and needs met. - Risk Management:
Execute all sales, service, and banking transactions accurately and compliantly. Strives for no controllable losses. - Additional Accountabilities:
Perform moderately complex special projects and additional duties as required. Consistently adhere to regulatory and compliance policies and standards linked to the job and complete required compliance trainings. Maintain compliance with applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.
- Education:
High School / High School Equivalency (GED, HiSET, TASC) / Foreign Equivalent. - Minimum experience:
4–5 years customer service and sales experience, including in the financial services industry. May require National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z; registration can be completed after job entry date. - Ability to train and mentor others, including product and platform procedures.
- Experience in financial services industry.
- Experience with using and demonstrating digital products and self‑service technologies.

Pay Range$16.28 - $25.06 per hour.
