Leasing Professional – RISE Bartram Park

$22–$24/hour

A prospect walks into the leasing office after a long day.

They’ve toured a few places already. Everything is starting to blur together — same layouts, same talking points, same experience.

They’re not just looking for an apartment anymore.

They’re trying to decide where they’ll actually feel comfortable coming home.

What happens in the next 20 minutes matters more than anything they’ve seen so far.

We’re hiring a Leasing Professional at RISE Bartram Park — someone who knows how to turn that moment into a clear decision.

What This Role Really Is

This isn’t just giving tours and sending follow‑ups. This role is about creating a personalized experience that helps someone move from “still looking” to “this is it.”

It sits at the intersection of:

  • Hospitality
  • Community building

You’re not just presenting an apartment — you’re helping someone picture their life there.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
  • Welcoming prospective residents and creating a strong first impression
  • Leading tours that feel natural, engaging, and tailored to the individual
  • Building rapport quickly and understanding what matters to each prospect
  • Following up in a timely, thoughtful, and professional way
  • Maintaining knowledge of the community, amenities, and surrounding area
  • Supporting the presentation and readiness of the leasing office and tour path
  • Contributing to a positive experience for both prospects and current residents
