Sam's Club #6341 – 13550 W Sunrise Blvd, Sunrise, FL  Position Summary The role involves developing and supporting Membership products by delivering information on Membership benefits, promoting the value of Company products and services, processing Membership upgrades, credit accounts, and participating in sales and marketing events to meet Membership goals. The Associate will maintain safety of the facility by following all safety standards, procedures and guidelines, and will be responsible for the safe use of equipment and materials.

Responsibilities

• Process and support Membership inquiries and upgrades.
• Participate in sales and marketing events and contribute to meeting Membership goals.
• Follow safety standards, conduct safety sweeps, and maintain equipment and hazardous material handling protocols.
• Fulfill Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders, including reviewing orders, pulling items, scanning, wrapping, palletizing, and ensuring accuracy.
• Coordinate with managers, coworkers, customers, and other business partners to determine priorities, deadlines and expectations.
• Provide Member service: acknowledge Members, identify needs, assist with purchasing decisions, locate merchandise, resolve issues and promote Company products and services.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures and ethics, and actively support a culture of belonging, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

The hourly wage range is $18.00 to $26.00. Premiums may be paid at rates ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
