Outside Sales Representative - Commercial Power

Job Overview

Outside Sales Representative (Commercial Power) – responsible for generating profitable sales from the rental of Pump & Power equipment including large generators, air compressors, temperature control, and desiccant dehumidifiers to commercial customers.

• Generate profitable sales from the rental of the Pump & Power division’s fleet of equipment.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities with commercial customers in sectors such as sand blasting, industrial coating, painting, power plants, surface preparation, manufacturing, large venues, events, facility maintenance, tent rental, remediation, general contracting, HVAC, electrical, construction drying, generator service, hospitals, telecommunications, new home construction, schools, correctional facilities, and college campuses.
• Conduct presentations and business reviews to management for potential customers.
• Maintain customer relationships, ensuring high retention and satisfaction.

• B2B direct sales and/or project management experience within the equipment industry.
• Strong project management, new business development, and customer retention skills.
• Knowledge of power generation and testing equipment background highly desirable.
• Excellent presentation and business review communication skills.

Bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 25 pounds or more; ability to work indoors or outdoors as required.

Base pay $40,000 – $62,965 with a company vehicle and a robust commission plan.
