About the roleUrban SDK is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) who will play an integral role in our growth and customer acquisition efforts. In this role, you will be the front line of our sales organization, identifying prospects, building relationships, and setting up the foundation for future sales success. As an SDR, you will gain comprehensive sales training and development, with the clear goal of advancing into a full-time sales role.
This position is ideal for someone eager to learn the sales process, build lasting relationships with key decision-makers, and develop their career within a fast‑paced, innovative tech company. You will work closely with the sales and account teams, and your success will be measured by the quality and volume of leads generated, as well as your ability to develop into a future sales leader.
ResponsibilitiesQualification:
- Preferred Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in sales, marketing, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively via phone, email, and in‑person meetings.
- A self‑starter with a growth mindset, eager to learn and advance within a sales organization.
- Ability to analyze and understand customer needs and match them with appropriate solutions.
- Familiarity with sales technologies (e.g., Hub Spot, Apollo, Zoom Info) is a plus.
- Must be able to commute to our office and be open to growth into a full‑time sales role.
