If so, we want you to join our team as a full-time Wholesale Account Executive (AE) at Luxury Mortgage Corp. In this role, you will play a vital part in driving our sales efforts, working closely with clients to identify their needs and closing deals that help us grow and succeed in the mortgage industry.

YourRole
As an AE, you will be responsible for developing new accounts, managing existing relationships and ensuring loan production from active accounts. You will spend significant time engaging with mortgage brokers, community banks, and credit unions, offering them tailored solutions and exceptional service. This role requires regular travel to visit clients and maintain strong relationships. This position reports to a Sales Director.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct regular sales visits and calls to current and prospective accounts.
- Train new accounts on loan submission guidelines and assist in gathering documentation.
- Manage the account approval process and maintain consistent contact with clients.
- Liaise between accounts and company throughout the loan process, resolving issues as needed.
- Keep up-to-date with account information, sales activity and performance reports.
- Maintain knowledge of company products and industry regulations.
- Achieve monthly sales goals by managing a healthy pipeline of accounts.
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure fast quality loan closings.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in sales or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in sales, account management or mortgage industry.
- Strong relationship-building skills and ability to manage accounts independently.
- Ability to meet sales targets and manage a pipeline effectively.
- Familiarity with mortgage loan guidelines and industry standards.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel and engage with clients in person.
