About the Role
Brightree, a subsidiary of Res Med, is seeking a dynamic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive outbound lead generation efforts focused on Home Medical Equipment (HME) providers with Sleep Resupply programs. The SDR will identify, engage, and qualify prospects to fuel pipeline growth for Brightree’s billing and business management solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Execute high-volume outbound calling and emailing campaigns to HME providers, generating interest and uncovering new opportunities.
- Qualify prospects using research, professional communication, and interviewing tactics to ensure they meet criteria for Sleep Resupply and are sales‑ready for software demonstrations.
- Create, manage, nurture, and report on all lead management activities, tracking volume, velocity, and value metrics to deliver consistent, high-quality leads to the sales team.
- Partner closely with Marketing and Sales to drive acceptance of leads and provide feedback on campaign effectiveness, especially those targeting Sleep Resupply segments.
- Proactively follow up and nurture contacts at various stages of interest, converting Sleep Resupply prospects into qualified opportunities.
- Identify, prioritize, and contact individual HME targets, leveraging data and market insights to focus on Sleep Resupply providers.
- Document all activities and conversations in Salesforce CRM to ensure accurate tracking of outreach and results.
- Achieve and exceed metric targets focused on driving adoption and revenue from Sleep Resupply HME prospects.
- Proven success in a phone sales environment with strong rapport-building, quick-thinking, and assertive, persuasive outbound communication skills.
- Confident, persuasive, and clear communicator in both written and verbal forms, able to engage all levels of an organization.
- Skilled at navigating corporate structures to identify decision-makers and understand the buying process for Sleep Resupply solutions.
- Self‑motivated, reliable, high-energy, with excellent time management and a strong process orientation.
- Experience with high‑velocity appointment scheduling, especially for Sleep Resupply demos.
- Preferred:
Cloud/SaaS sales experience, healthcare technology background, and proficiency with tools such as Salesforce, Gong Engage, Co‑Pilot, and Office
365.
