REMOTE ROLE BUT NEED TO BE LOCAL TO:

Key Responsibilities
  • Applies working knowledge and experience in outside sales, continuously expanding capabilities and expertise to perform a variety of sales-related tasks.
  • Continually builds knowledge of the company’s products, processes, and customer base to enhance sales effectiveness.
  • Handles a range of assignments related to outside sales, including prospecting, customer meetings, and relationship building.
  • Analyzes situations using prescribed guidelines or policies to determine appropriate courses of action.
  • Receives moderate guidance and direction while managing and executing sales tasks independently.
  • Applies expanded conceptual knowledge in outside sales and continues to broaden expertise within the field.
  • Understands key business drivers and uses this understanding to optimize personal sales performance.
  • Provides informal guidance to new team members, sharing knowledge and best practices to support their development.
  • Solves straightforward problems by analyzing potential solutions using technical experience, judgment, and established precedents.
  • Impacts the quality and effectiveness of own work and contributes to the success of the team by working within guidelines and policies.
  • Clearly explains complex product or service information to customers or team members in straightforward situations.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 2-4 years of experience in outside sales or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Strong knowledge of sales processes, customer engagement strategies, and product offerings.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly and build relationships.
  • Ability to analyze situations and solve problems using established guidelines, technical experience, and judgment.

    Self-motivated and able to work independently with moderate supervision.
  • Experience in identifying and understanding key business drivers to meet sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, Hub Spot) to track and manage sales activities.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide guidance to new or less experienced team members.
  • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs, while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
