Business Development Representative

The Role

We are looking for a hungry
, high-energy Business Development Representative to help fuel our US growth. You will be the first point of contact for potential customers, creating new conversations, qualifying interest, and opening doors for our sales pipeline. You will run smart, targeted outreach and nurture early relationships with operators who want to streamline their business and improve guest experience using modern automation.

You’ll also get the chance to help work and close opportunities, giving you hands‑on experience as you grow toward a full‑cycle AE role.

• Build and execute outbound outreach across phone, email, Linked In, and creative channels.
• Research STR operators and identify key decision makers worth targeting.
• Qualify inbound leads from marketing, partnerships, and events.
• Book high‑quality discovery calls and support smooth handoffs to demos.
• Maintain clean, accurate activity and pipeline updates inside Hub Spot.
• Share what you hear on calls so we can improve messaging, product direction, and strategy.
• Help refine our top‑of‑funnel playbook as we scale.

• At least 1 year of BDR or SDR experience.
  SaaS or hospitality experience is a plus

• Strong written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable reaching out cold and creating conversations from scratch.
• Research skills that help you personalize outreach and understand operator needs.
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and confident using CRM tools (Hub Spot preferred).
• Curiosity, persistence, and a genuine desire to grow.
