As an Entry Level Business Manager, you’ll be on the front line helping customers discover faster, more reliable fiber solutions.

• Learn and apply effective sales techniques to educate customers about AT&T Fiber products and services.
• Engage with customers face-to-face to assess needs, explain features, and recommend the best AT&T Fiber options.
• Support customers through sign-ups, upgrades, and account changes.
• Build strong customer relationships by providing clear, friendly, and solution-focused assistance.
• Collaborate with leadership and teammates to meet weekly and monthly goals.
• Maintain accurate records, follow campaign guidelines, and uphold professional standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer outreach and drive overall AT&T Fiber sales results.

• Strong communication skills and a people-focused attitude.
• Motivated, coachable, and eager to grow.
• Experience in sales, retail, or customer service is helpful but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, face-to-face environment.
