We are seeking an Inside Sales Consultant to handle inbound phone and email leads for the FASTSIGNS Center. The role involves translating technical product details into easy solutions and helping customers find exactly what they need.

• Serve as the initial contact with current and prospective customers via email, telephone, in-person visits, and at the customer’s place of business.
• Build and maintain long‑lasting customer relationships and convert prospects into customers and long‑term clients.
• Prepare estimates, implement work orders, and ensure the timely delivery of finished orders.
• Participate in daily team meetings, execute business and marketing plans, and contribute to the success of the FASTSIGNS Center.
• Perform ongoing follow-up on all phone, email, and web inquiries.

• Outgoing, responsive, and eager to learn.
• Excellent listening, documentation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to build relationships and work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
• Strong communication skills in English.

$22.00 – $25.00 per hour, Monday through Friday business hours.

Bay meadows, independent FASTSIGNS location.
