JOB SUMMARYWe are seeking a highly motivated and coachable Lead Manager (Inside Sales Representative) to support our acquisitions team by qualifying inbound and warm seller leads. This is a high-activity, KPI-driven role focused on initial seller conversations, consistent follow-up, and identifying qualified opportunities.
The Lead Manager will be responsible for following a structured script, building rapport with homeowners, gathering key property details, and live transferring qualified sellers to the acquisitions team. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment and is looking to break into real estate investing or sales.
WHAT WE OFFER- Compensation: $30K base + 3% uncapped commission

- Full-time, in-office role located in St. Augustine (World Golf Village area – ~20 minutes from Jacksonville)
- Handle a high volume of inbound and warm seller leads daily
- Follow a structured call script to qualify motivated sellers
- Build rapport with homeowners and gather key property and situation details
- Consistently follow up with prospects via phone, text, and email
- Identify qualified opportunities and live transfer calls to acquisitions closers
- Accurately document all conversations, notes, and statuses in the CRM
- Maintain organized pipeline and adhere to daily/weekly KPI targets
- Collaborate closely with the acquisitions team to ensure seamless handoffs
- Continuously improve call performance through coaching and feedback
- Stay consistent, disciplined, and focused in a high‑activity environment
- 0–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or call center environments preferred
- Strong communication skills with confidence on the phone
- Coachable with a willingness to learn and follow a proven process
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude
