Full Time in Jacksonville, FL. State Farm agency seeking a motivated Appointment Setter/Lead Coordinator to connect potential customers with our licensed insurance team. This role focuses on lead follow-up and appointment setting, not selling policies.
Responsibilities- Make outbound calls to prospective customers
- Follow up with internet and marketing leads
- Schedule appointments for licensed agents
- Maintain accurate notes in our CRM system
- Provide friendly and professional service on every call
- Help keep our sales team s calendars full
- Strong communication and phone skills
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Comfortable making outbound calls
- Organized and detail oriented
- Customer service or call center experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and stay motivated

Compensation: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
