Role:
Sales Admin
Duration: 6 month contract to hire
Location:
Jacksonville, FL
Rate: 22-28hr (final rate is dependent on years of experience in Construction industry)
Details:
· Coordinate schedules and training for sales team.
· Maintain supply of sales presentation materials, including slides, and brochures.
· Analyze customer data to optimize sales efforts and better identify potential customers. Track quotas and goals of sales team members.
· Coordinate with finance team to verify timely invoicing, accounts receivable tasks, and collections.
· Develop and maintain knowledge of products, customers, and administrative processes. Work with other departments to coordinate marketing, research, design, and financing to optimize sales.
· Coordinate project booking for sales team.
· Support integration and consistent activity with CRM pipeline software.
Top Must-Haves:
- Construction or industry experience
- Administrative experience
- Basic CRM experience (any will do)
- MS office (word, excel, PP)
