LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a well-established industrial distribution company in Jacksonville to identify an Inside Sales Representative
. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven sales professional who enjoys building customer relationships, solving problems, and contributing directly to business growth.
$50,000 Base Salary + Variable Compensation Opportunities
Key Responsibilities- Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and walk-in traffic
- Prepare accurate quotes including product specifications, pricing, and lead times
- Follow up on open quotes, orders, backorders, and customer requests
- Partner with purchasing and vendors to source products and improve margins
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services
- Support outside sales representatives with pricing, availability, and order status
- Previous inside sales experience in industrial, manufacturing, construction, distribution, or a related environment preferred
- Comfortable working with pricing, margins, and product sourcing
- Experience with ERP systems preferred
- Exposure to purchasing, vendor management, industrial supplies, is a plus
