Position Title: Simply Field Sales & Service Representative

Location: Osceola, Orange, and Seminole Counties, FL. (alternate locations may be considered for candidates residing within commute distance.)

Field: This field-based role involves traveling to client sites or designated locations, with occasional office attendance for meetings or training. The role requires flexibility, responsiveness to client needs, and direct hands‑on engagement. Candidates not within a reasonable commuting distance will not be considered unless accommodations are granted as required by law.

Job Overview: The Simply Field Sales & Service Representative will be responsible for meeting monthly sales goals for an assigned territory through the development and implementation of a strategic sales plan.

• Sell and promote Senior Services products by coordinating and delivering formal sales presentations to consumer groups.
• Arrange private appointments in customers’ homes and make outbound phone calls to prospects.
• Manage temporary support staff and maintain customer records in the automated lead tracking system according to departmental standards.
• Identify opportunities within the territory to generate leads beyond those provided by the company by building relationships with contracted medical providers, senior organizations, and community leaders.
• Educate these groups about Senior Services products.
• Cross‑sell specified products from other departments.
• Provide member retention services to existing customers.
• Travel extensively, including overnight stays, evenings, and weekends as required.

• High school diploma and a minimum of 2 years of direct sales or marketing experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Life & Health licensure if required by state law.

• BA/BS degree preferred.
• Experience selling Medicare.
• Experience building relationships within the community.
