Responsibilities
- Own and grow your territory across Jacksonville and the wider Florida market.
- Conduct 160+ in-person store visits per month — cigar shops, lounges, and tobacco retailers.
- Open new accounts and protect existing ones through strong, consistent relationship management.
- Deliver product presentations and sampling sessions directly in store.
- Keep Hub Spot updated with visit notes, client details, and pipeline activity.
- Join two weekly team meetings (Monday and Friday) to align with the wider sales team.
- 2+ years of B2B field/territory sales experience — physical products, face-to-face.
- Experience in tobacco, cigars, or premium/luxury consumer goods.
- Strong existing network of cigar shops, lounges, or tobacco retailers in Florida.
- Fluent in English;
Spanish is a strong advantage. - Valid US driver's license and access to a personal vehicle.
- Based in or near Jacksonville, FL.
- Comfortable working as an independent contractor with commission-based pay.
