Medical Device Sales Representative Full Time - Permanent Opportunity
This is a high-impact, hunter-focused role designed for sales professionals who excel at developing new business, building physician relationships, and introducing innovative medical technologies into clinical practice.
As the primary commercial contact, you will lead physicians and practice decision-makers through the consultative capital sales process while demonstrating the clinical and economic value of an innovative treatment for dry eye disease. You will partner closely with a dedicated Clinical Specialist who supports physician training, product implementation, and ongoing customer success following the sale.
Qualifications RequiredBachelor's degree or equivalent sales experience.
Proven success in outside B2B or medical device sales with a consistent record of achieving or exceeding sales goals.
Demonstrated ability to develop new business and open new customer accounts.
Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational abilities.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory.
