Age Well Solvere Living is seeking a Director of Community Relations to drive occupancy and revenue by attracting qualified prospects and converting them into residents. You will lead outreach and referral programs, conduct tours, and coordinate move-ins with the marketing team.
Ideal candidates have 5+ years in sales/marketing, experience in senior living, and strong communication skills. Travel to market sources is expected, with weekend/holiday staffing as needed.
