You must commit to customer service and acknowledge that the customer’s experience is why they choose us. Building relationships creates customer loyalty and is a necessary skill. Personal excellence is truly what allows you to be successful. Not only do you have to be well organized and have a professional presentation but you must always do what is right for the customer from the welcome to the follow through after the sale.
Requirements- Previous luxury sales experience
- Diamond sales experience preferred
- Working Saturdays are a MUST
- Standing for long periods of time
- GIA certification a plus!
