, a Fortune 500 company, as a Sales Representative in our Growing Outside Sales team. You will provide apparel solutions—laundry, delivery, repair, replacement, and branding—to customers across many industries, helping them look professional and get Ready for the Workday™.
In this B2B sales role you will apply the skills taught in the Cintas Sales Training Program, practicing cold‑calling, in‑person sales, product demonstrations, negotiations, objection handling, and closing.
Responsibilities• Prospect, develop, and qualify leads within your territory.
• Use the CRM to identify prospects and close new business while consistently achieving weekly sales goals and quotas.
- High School diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), intranet/internet and Contact Management System (CMS)
- Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Prior sales experience (1 year+), preferably in a similar role
- Prior B2B sales experience
- Salary + Monthly Commission:
