To drive business growth, the full-time Senior Account Director will manage client relationships, open new accounts for BPM services, and collaborate with cross-functional teams while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:- Opening new accounts and managing client interfaces for BPM services
- Collaborating with leadership to create account plans and business development strategies
- Building and nurturing relationships with current and potential clients to identify growth opportunities
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution, or three years of progressive experience in lieu of education
- 14+ years of experience in sales, relationship management, or account management within the BPM industry
- Strong consultative selling and upselling/cross-selling skills
- Proven ability to prepare and deliver client presentations
- Experience in identifying and researching market opportunities
