Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to internet leads and online inquiries
- Communicate with customers via phone, text, and email to answer questions and provide vehicle information
- Schedule appointments for customers to visit the dealership
- Assist customers in selecting vehicles that meet their needs and budget
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system
- Follow up with potential buyers to maintain engagement and build relationships
- Work closely with the sales and finance teams to support the purchase process
- Stay informed about vehicle inventory, pricing, and current promotions
- Meet and exceed monthly sales and appointment goals
Qualifications:
