Key Account Manager
The Key Account Manager is responsible for growing and maintaining customer accounts within the pulp and paper industry in and around Fernandina Beach, FL. This role serves as the primary customer contact, leading account strategy, identifying growth opportunities, managing technical service programs, and ensuring customer satisfaction while delivering profitable business results.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and expand assigned pulp and paper customer accounts in the Fernandina Beach region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Lead account representatives, support engineers, and technicians supporting the business.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute product and program trials.
- Monitor treatment program performance and communicate results to customer leadership teams.
- Drive safety initiatives and ensure compliance with customer and company standards.
- Achieve sales, gross profit, and product mix objectives while delivering measurable value to customers.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical, engineering, or scientific discipline preferred.
- Experience in account management, technical sales, or customer-facing roles within industrial manufacturing, water treatment, or pulp and paper environments.
- Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.

The expected compensation range for this position is between $80,730.00 and $ plus discretionary bonuses. The exact compensation may vary based on your skills, experience and other factors permitted by law.
