About the Role
Axis Real Estate is seeking a motivated Marketing Executive to support the growth of its real estate business through outbound prospecting and lead generation. The candidate will be responsible for identifying property owners, investors, brokers, and potential buyers or sellers through phone calls, emails, and text messages, while maintaining a consistent pipeline of qualified leads.
Role & responsibilities- Generate qualified real estate leads through outbound phone calls, emails, and text messages.
- Conduct cold calling campaigns to property owners, investors, brokers, and prospective clients.
- Identify motivated sellers, buyers, and investment opportunities.
- Schedule appointments and meetings.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain ongoing communication.
- Build relationships with property owners and real estate professionals.
- Maintain accurate lead records and communication history in CRM software.
- Research properties, ownership information, and market opportunities.
- Support marketing campaigns aimed at acquiring and selling properties.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls daily.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships.
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience in real estate lead generation, cold calling, telemarketing, or sales.
- Experience working with US-based customers.
- Knowledge of real estate terminology and processes.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and lead management systems.
